What it does, in plain words
When a customer leaves a review on a business’s Google profile, Reputia shows it to the owner in a tidy list. With one click it drafts a polite, relevant reply in the tone the business has chosen. The owner reads it, edits it if they want, and decides whether to publish it.
- Collects the Google reviews of the locations the owner connects
- Drafts a reply for each review
- Flags drafts that promise discounts or refunds, or contain contact details
- Publishes the reply on Google only after the owner explicitly approves it
How it connects to Google
Reputia uses only the official Google Business Profile API. The owner signs in with their own Google account and authorises Reputia to read the reviews of their profiles and to publish the replies they approve. Reputia never asks for passwords, does not read other account data and does not collect information from Google Maps automatically.
The authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Google account settings; from that moment Reputia no longer has access to the profile.
What Reputia does not do
- It never publishes automatically: every reply needs a click from the owner
- It does not write, buy or solicit reviews
- It does not delete or hide reviews
- It does not change opening hours, photos or other profile information
Who is behind it
Reputia is a product of WebSardegna, Cristian’s studio that builds websites for local businesses in Sardinia. We work every day with owners who have no time to answer every review: Reputia comes from that real need.
