Why AI Product + Full-Stack

Since 2022 I’ve worked seriously with AI: integrating agents, building applications and using models to multiply productivity — mine and my clients’. I don’t stop at the prototype: I take LLM features to production, with real users.

I work in multi-model cycles: one model builds (Kimi, DeepSeek, GLM, MiniMax), every few major steps Claude runs a structured audit, then I apply targeted fixes. I pick models by cost, speed and task — build, audit, correction, content.

My most successful project is Rakazo: an open-source AI agent platform where product thinking and full-stack engineering meet in one product.

Problem

A tire retailer stuck on a slow, hard-to-manage OpenCart store with a huge bilingual catalog.

What I did

Full OpenCart → Next.js + Supabase rebuild: ~15,000 products migrated with custom tooling, bilingual RO/RU catalog, workshop services, WhatsApp-first sales flow, custom admin panel, performance-minded UI (LCP target under 2s).

Andamus

Problem

In Sardinia, getting from village to village or town to town is genuinely hard: local buses run on awkward, infrequent schedules, and going from A to B often means changing several times and losing hours.

Solution

I designed Andamus around a strong island custom: offering a lift — a “passaggio”. It’s a SaaS that turns that habit into a local mobility network, with two profiles: passenger and driver. I believe Andamus can solve a hard, bitter problem for the people who live on the island: transport.

How it works

  1. 01A driver publishes a trip they’re already making, in a direction and at a time.
  2. 02Passengers search the route, find the ride and book a seat.
  3. 03The driver chooses whether the ride is free or paid — payments integrated via Stripe.
  4. 04Push notifications and Google sign-in keep everyone updated in real time.
